Standard shipping is free (€0). Express shipping has a fixed cost of €9.99 per order. Both options apply to Italy and the other European Union destinations served by this store. Both include a tracking number.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched from Italy. Orders can be processed from the next working day after they are placed. Estimated transit time is 2–5 working days after dispatch; this is separate from order processing time.

Saturday and Sunday are not working days. Delivery estimates may vary by destination and public holidays. Any specific delivery terms agreed for your order remain applicable.
